It was supposed to come by April 30. I walked into my house, and there it was - right on time. My husband heard my squeal and came to inquire. Yes indeed, my official Okinawa Hai, Hai Y'all t-shirt has arrived! It is everything I'd hoped for and more. Anyone who knows me knows I can build alot around the right accessory and the right outfit is right up there with being funny. I myself never dreamed I could build a trip around a t-shirt, but here I am contemplating what I'll wear with my t-shirt when I return to Okinawa.
I have been reading the posts of the amazing women of Okinawa Hai for over a year, and suddenly I have a real life piece of Oki Hai in my very own bound for Okinawa hands. I put my new super soft slightly fitted t-shirt on immediately and pulled my photographer outside onto the deck to capture the moment. Who am I? When would I have ever insisted on being photographed in a t-shirt so I could post said photo on my blog? I have a blog, too? Check out this new and eccentric me in my new and wonderful T!!
